Because every bandana is made especially for your pup after you place your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, change of mind, or personal preference.

We encourage you to review our Size Guide before ordering, and we're always happy to help if you have questions.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot offer size exchanges.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered sizes.

We recommend measuring your dog's neck and reviewing our Size Guide before placing your order. If your pup falls between sizes, we suggest sizing up for extra knot room and comfort.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help find the best solution.

Once your refund request has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order, we'll make it right.

For all other situations, return shipping is the customer's responsibility if a return is approved.
