Every HoneyPaw bandana is made especially for your pup after you place your order. Because each item is made to order, please allow 1–3 business days for production before your order ships.
During holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
At this time, HoneyPaw Pets ships within the United States.
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend:
- Checking around your home or mailbox
- Asking neighbors or household members
- Contacting your local carrier
If you're still unable to locate your package, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist in investigating the issue and finding the best resolution.
If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll do our best to update it. Once production or shipping has begun, we may not be able to make changes.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
